Curly hair??super curly?? Oh god
the frizz!! The unmanageable hair day. Well that is me, almost daily!!
I do not bother much about it.
However, on some days, it gets difficult. I have to either wait for hours at
the salon to get my hair set in a particular style or just tie them half and
get going. But then, I don’t want to keep giving my hair in any stranger’s
hands for setting/styling them up. After all it’s the era of DIY and taking
control of things. So I decided to try this brush without being able to
find any reviews (on this particular brand) or demonstrations on hair similar
to my own. I have very curly hair which are curly when wet and get very frizzy
and lifeless after drying. It is only after 1-2 days of washing that I get some
shine to my hair.
I wanted a brush for those mornings when my hair was already
dry and I didn't have time to either wash and apply product or use a
straightener.

So I washed my hair just before trying this brush, towel
dried my hair so that it would not dry completely and remain less frizzy. I
applied a small amount of Moroccan argon oil as a heat protectant to my hair.
The brush took about 2
minutes to heat to 230 degrees (it reaches a max of 450) and within 5 minutes
of brushing my shoulder length hair was smooth and manageable to be left open
for the day.
The brush is not a perfect, but delivers exactly what I
wanted for a quick style before work or a casual day out. May be with a little
more heat (around 300 degrees) I would have got the straight hair I like. I
never liked those bamboo shoot kind of straight hair which kills the volume of
the hair.
Verdict
Plus points:
- The brush heats up very fast.
- It is easy to use. As easy as combing your hair.
- It maintains temperature and doesn’t heat up.
- It reduces frizziness of your hair and tames those super dry hairs.
- The brush smoothens waves and detangles the strands
- It also adds shine and improves hair texture.
Negatives: None for us!!
Thus, the brush is really easy to use and works effectively.
It works better when you detangle your hair first. The brush doesn’t work very
well at the ends of strands. It can be used daily because it doesn’t damage
strands. Three words to describe our experience: We loved it! ❤❤❤❤
